What do I do if my baggage get lost or damaged?

If your registered baggage gets lost or damaged, contact airline in next 24 hours and ask for documentation. Send them to us for compensation. 

 

How do I use medical services during travel?

Call Euro-Center Prague hotline (+420) 221 860 615; You can speak with the operators in Russian or in English. Or call our hotline +995322505111 and our operator will help you. 
 

In which clinics can I use services abroad?

You can use medical services in both provider and non provider clinics. After contacting the hotline, operator will inform you about nearby provder clinics, where you can pay only your share. In non provider clinics you pay the full price and will be compensated after returning to Georgia.

 

How do I get reimbursed?

If while being abroad you paid the full price for medical services, you should send us the documents in maximum one month after returning to Georgia and you will be reimbursed. 

 

Which documents do I need for reimbursement?

You will need the following documents: 1. Original policy 2. Original Medical certificate with your name, surname, diagnosis, used medical services and paid prices, treatment 3. In case of an accident official notice from the local body 3. Doctor's and clinic's calculations (originals or verified ones), checks for medication and presribtions; 5. Passport

 

In which currency will I be reimbursed?

In the currnecy you bought a travel insurance - you will get GEL equivalent to the currency you chose.
 

Does baggage insurance have francise?

Yes. In case of the damage, 25$/EU will be excluded from the loss. In case of lost baggage, francise will be 25$/EU on every KG. 

 

Does travel insurance has francise?

Travel insurance has 80 or 150 USD/EU franchise and you choose it while buying the insurance. During compensation this amount will be deducted.

 

Can I buy an insurance without francise?

No, every travel insurance has francise.

When does insurance become active?

In case of one time travel insurance from 00:00 of the day you chose. If your chosen start date is January 1, on 00:00 it will be active. Insurance is active till the end of the day of your last traveling day. Multiple use insurance is active from the 00:00 of chosen day and has 1 year expiration date.

 

Will I be compensated for services received in the days I added later to the insurance?

If you added those days while receiving medical services, you will not be compensated.
