How do I plan a visit?

Visit to a personal doctor or to specialist in Curatio can be planned from your personal cabinet, from an app MyGPI or from this link without registration. Also, you can caal our hotline 03225050111
 

Can I plan a visit online for someone else?

You can plan a visit online for anyone else, no matter if he or she is insured. 
 

Can I plan remote consult?

You can consult with your personal doctor remotely and you can plan this service online too, from your personal cabinet or from this link. Just check phone consult option. See detailed instructions. 
 

How do I choose a personal doctor?

After you buy insurance, you can choose a clinic where personal doctor will help you. We will help with this process. Call our hotline 03225050111 or call Curatio  0322430101 and choose a doctor. Your personal doctor will be added to your personal cabinet and you can plan a consult with her/him online.

What do I do if I can't login in my personal cabinet?

If you have already been registered and cant login into your personal cabinet, first of all change your password. Enter your email and wait for a temporary password on your email or phone. Use this password to login and then change it. If you are not receiving the password, call our hotline 0322505111 or call use online chat on our website. We will help you. 

 

Which services can I use remotely with policy GPI Exclusive?

With GPI Exclusive you can use all in insurance services online, remotely: planning a visit to the doctor, reimbursement, requesting refferal or guarantee letter. 

In which clinics can I ask referral remotely and how?

You can ask for referral if you are getting outpatient services in our priviliged provider clinics. To visit s specialist, undergo tests or to buy medication you can referral online with an app MyGPI or a website mygpi.ge. Click the Request a Referral in the menu and follow instruction. Referral will show up on your insurance card in 20 minutes and you will only pay your share.

 

How do I ask financing for surgery online?

To request a gurantee letter, you'll need calculation and form 100. Request can be made from an app MyGPI or a webstie Mygpi.ge. Register or login, find Health Field, where you will see the button `Requesting a guarantee letter". Fill out the form, upload documents. You will get an answer in 3 working days. 
 

How do ask online for financing a childbirth ?

Reimbursment is needed when services are received in non provider clinics. Only Medi Classic and Premium users have this freedom. For reimbursement you can use an app MyGPI or website mygpi.ge. Find a field "Medical Reimbursement", choose a policy and follow instructions. To receive money you'll need form 100, checks and cashier's order. You will get an answer in 20 minutes and you'll be reimbursed in 1 working day. 

Where can I see my policy number and expiration date?

You can see this information on website on website mygpi.ge or in an app MyGPI. In the menu choose Policies, see their numbers and expiration dates. Policy number can be seen on the APP Car, digital insurance card.

Where can I find the APP Card?

Digital insurance card APP Card can be found in the app. On the home page find a field "Health", choose "See the card" and see all your digital insurance cards. You can use them everwhere you need an insurance card.
 

Where can I find policy details, coverages and limits?

To see the details for your insurance policy or policy you insured someone with, check an app MyGPI or website mygpi.ge. Find "See the policies", click on the policy you want and see details, service scheme, coverages, used and left limits by service, payment history and schedule.

What does planned and urgent outpatient services mean?

Urgent outpatient services mean treatment, that was necessary because of an accident or if person's health suddenlt got worse, but long stay in the hotpisal isn't needed. For example: burn, fracture, small trauma, intoxication and etc. Planned outpatient service is the one where urgent medical attention is not needed. Both services are covered diffrently with Policy GPI Exclusive and services are received with diffrenet schemes

What does planned and urgent hospital care mean?

If person's health needs urgent hotpital care to stay alive and healthy, this is urgent surgery. Planned surgeries don't need urgent care. Both services are financed differently with GPI Exclusive. Service scheme is also different. 

What does planned and urgent dental care mean?

Planned dental care: consultation, diagnostics, tooth filling, cleaning. If there is acute tooth pain and urgent extraction is needed, this is urgent dental care. Both services are financed by GPI Exclusive.

Does pregnancy - childbirth get financed with GPI Exclusive?

Pregnancy-childbirth is financed with GPI Exclusive after 24 month waiting period. 
 

Does policy GPI Exclusive finance chosen doctor for childbirth and improved room?

Chosen doctor and improved room is not financed by GPI Exclusive. 

Which medication if financed by Policy GPI Exclusive?

Financing medication depends on medication group and reason why it was prescribed. Check this info with your personal doctor.

What does privileged provider clinic mean and can I use their service with GPI Exclusive?

Privileged provider clinics are the flagship clinics, where you can use services without personal doctor's referral. You will only need your insurance card and you will only pay your share. With policy GPI Exclusive you can get service in this PP Clinics. 

 

What difference is between GPI Exclusive and other individual health insurance packages?

GPI Exclusive's advantage is that you have freedom to choose a clinic - you can get medical services anywhere you want and you don't need personal doctor's consent for this.
 

How do I use medical services?

With GPI Exclusive you can use medical services in any clinic you want. If you use non provider clinics, you pay the full price and then get reimbursed online. If you only want to pay your share, use personal doctor's referral in provider clinics, or visit priviliged provider clinics. 

How do I get financed for planned surgery?

GPI Exclusive has 1 year waiting period for planned surgeries. If this time has already passed, planned surgery will be financed in both provider and non provider clinics. For this you will need a guarantee letter from us. 
 

How do I get financed for urgent surgery?

Urgent surgeries are financed from the moment insurance is active. Guarantee letter is not needed. Clinics will organize insurance procedures themselves. 
 

How do a get dental care?

Dental care is financed with every GPI Exclusive package. You don't need referral for this. Contact your desired dental clinic, plan a visit. During the visit show them your insurance card and pay only your share.

 

Can a get dental services in non provider clinics?

With GPI Exclusive planned dental care is not financed in non provider clinics. Only urgent dental care is financed in non provider clinics. 

How do I get financed for pregnancy-childbirth?

After waiting period, 24 months has passed, services related to the pregnancy can be used in any clinic, without personal doctor's constent. For clildbirth you don't need a guarantee letter. Clinic, even non provider one, will organize insurance procedures with us.

 

Can I buy medication prescribed by the specialist without personal doctor's referral?

Yes you can. Buy the medication in provider pharmacies, send us checks, orders and form 100 and get reimbursed.
