Reporting an accident
In case of a car accident, first you should contact us via hotline (032 2 605 111) or via an app. If you call the hotline, you will receive a link via sms and fill out the form. After that our manager will call you and help you with insurance procedures.
If you report the incident via an app, you can do this quickly and simply, without talking to an operator. In small cases insurance procedure can be done remotely, but if there was a third party involved you need to call the police too. Keep in mind that before police arrives, you should not move your car or we won't be able to assess the loss.
Service without the police
If there was a small accident, for example if you hit a tree or a curb, something fell on your car, we can regulate insurance claim without police. It's enough to state a claim in the app, include what damage was done to the car. Our manager will contact you quickly. He/she will assess the loss remotely and you will get reimbursed on the same day.
Reimbursement Time
For every package maximum time for regulating is 10 working days, but in 80% of the cases we only need 3 working days. In small incidents, where there is no third party and loss is under 1000 GEL, we only need 1 working day and it's done remotely. When loss is up to 3000 GEL - Maximum 5 working days.
Reimbursement Process
Car related financial loss is assesed by insurance manager. If desired, expertise can be done. If you agree with managers assesment, you will be reimbursed in 1-5 days. If you don't agree, we can do additional expertise.
